Sancy’s   Laundrette assures you the best services. Below are a few conditions you need to be aware of.

• Nature of services: Wet wash on kg basis, dry cleaning, alteration, Steam Pressing & colour touch removing.
  
  
• Quality of fabric will be subjected to inspection at factory.
  
  
• We request you to check all garments for valuables and remove them. We are not responsible for the same.
  
  
• Original Bill have to be produce to collect your clothes.  If you do not have the bill you have to produce self attested I D proof of the person clothes to whom the bill was generated.
  
  
• Any apparent damages or lost of the garment due to mishandling by the laundrette staff should be brought to our notice within 48 hours of taking delivery, Upto 5 times of washing charges of the garments and KG will be considered on the division of the particular garment, Amount will be refunded within 10 days.
  
  
• Garments must be collected within 7 days, after which we shall not be held responsible for the same.
  
  
• Although we take absolute care of your garments, we are not responsible for the following: Natural wear and tear, mishandling by the customer, texture, colour, trimming, shrinkage and all accessories like buttons, hooks, zips, salwar nadas, jacket-lace, etc..
  
  
• We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, Work load (Delivery date & Time) such as accidents, strikes, power shortage, insufficient water supply, fire. etc.
  
  
• While all the care is taken to remove the stains we do not guarantee complete remover of certain stains.
  
  
• Request you to cut the tag with scissor, don’t pull and remove the tag is compulsory.
  
  
• Any issue against your clothes, please don’t remove the tag.
  
  
• Kindly convey the contact number of the customer to whom the clothes belongs to, if any quires it will be easy to communicate.
  
  
• Please don’t pay any advance or extra amount while giving or receiving the clothes. Management is not responsible.
  
  
• Service Tax will be applicable as per NOB.
  
  
• Specification of Laundry, dry cleaning or any other service of the Customer clothes has to be instructed by the customer.
  
  
• Weight of clothes will be rounded off as 1kg, 1.25kg, 1.5 kg, 1.75kg, 2kgs.  
  
  
• Weekly Holiday on Thursday.
